Fortunately for us, our Support Coordinator arranged Peak Care to assist with respite during our extended stay in Melbourne during the busy Christmas holiday period. Manu provided a meet and greet for my husband and the first Support worker, who despite being extremely competent, didn’t quite meet up to my husband expectations… although my husband was in no hurry to have that person leave… However, the second Support worker Manu sent was very well-received by my husband. Straight away, I knew they’d hit it off! I left my husband in Katt’s capable hands among laughter and conversation. Katt’s genuine warmth and caring nature shone through. Just wish she’d come to Brisbane. However, if we are ever staying in Melbourne again, I’d be sure to ask for Peak Care and for Katt!
