We are looking for an experienced and results-driven NDIS Marketing Manager to join our team at Peak Care Services. As a leading provider of disability support services, we are seeking a dedicated individual who can help us promote our services to potential clients in the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) market.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement marketing strategies and plans to increase Peak Care Services' visibility and reach in the NDIS market.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Create and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders such as NDIS agencies, disability advocacy groups, and healthcare providers.
Work closely with our service delivery teams to ensure that marketing efforts align with the company's brand and values.
Manage Peak Care Services' website, social media accounts, and other digital marketing platforms.
Plan and execute promotional events and campaigns to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing activities by analysing key metrics such as website traffic, conversion rates, and ROI.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an NDIS Marketing Manager or similar role.
Knowledge of disability services and the NDIS market.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
Experience in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, LinkedIn, and email marketing.
Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM software.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
